Two interesting Blog posts today tell a story about California. The first from Prestopundit tells how in 2005, there were more people leaving California than there were entering (legally at least).
The second talks about the high tax rates in California and a proposal to increase them further is driving people to move to Nevada.
What the two stories imply is that high income people are the ones leaving while the population growth is from births (and we know that high income people are not having kids). So what kind of population can we expect for California in the future as we drive out the income producers?
If you don't believe it then check this out. It's about the lethal taxes in Europe and what they do to the economy.
