Ex Sacramento City Manager Bob Thomas wasted no time,after leaving City Hall, going after the money PG&E is throwing around to stop its Yolo County customers from escaping PG&E's high rates and poor service.
He has no problem selling his former employers down the river as well, since the addition of the Yolo County customers to the current SMUD service area will provide money to protect SMUD's low rates and enhance service quality even more. Current SMUD customers will be worse off if he is sucessful in stopping the incorporation of the Yolo area into SMUD.
